The Cellar

Champagne, before everything else.

We treat sparkling wine the way Burgundy treats Burgundy — by farmer, by village, by parcel. Our list is the deepest grower champagne program in Alaska.

A coupe of grower champagne

We believe champagne belongs to the farmer who grew the grapes, not only to the négociant whose label appears on the bottle. That belief shapes our list: small-production cuvées from Aÿ, Avize, Verzenay, Cumières, and the chalk hills of the Côte des Blancs.

Bottle service runs from a thirty-five dollar Crémant to verticals of Selosse and Egly. By-the-glass pours rotate weekly — there is always a grand cru on offer.

Sommelier evenings.

Once a month, we host a structured tasting — six pours, three courses, one region. Past evenings have explored the villages of the Côte des Blancs, the Mosel's Riesling estates, and natural wine from Etna. Limited to twelve guests at the Cellar Table.
